How am I so sure that this is true? Because Jesus rose from the grave on the third day following His slaughter—proving that He truly is God in the flesh. Jesus’ blood is the only way to get to heaven. He loves each one of us and wants us to place our faith in Him.
So as this Passover and Easter approach please set aside some time for sober reflection. Please reflect on the courage of our savior, Jesus Christ. I love this verse in the book of Hebrews, “For it was fitting that He, for whom and by whom all things exist, in bringing many sons to glory, should make the founder of their salvation perfect through suffering.” (Heb 2:10)
Caiaphas, the High Priest of the Jews at the time of Jesus' crucifixion, was an active participant in persuading the Romans to crucify Jesus. This blog contemplates the very real possibility that Caiaphas, through several miracles that occurred, may have realized that he had caused the murder of the Jewish Messiah.
